Overcome challenges utilizing the synergy of our Coaching Cairn

The Coaching Cairn is our Cairn Network’s signature event. These events are synergistic and facilitated by trained coaches. Operating a bit like a mastermind but with a Cairn Network twist. The process was greatly influenced by my Scottish heritage and love for the mystical stone cairns found near waterways, mountaintops, moorlands and in uplands. Stone cairns have practical purposes like trail markers or boundary indicators but also hold significant cultural and spiritual meaning. When we gather for these events we each represent a unique “stone” or contribution; together, we form a synergistic cairn to work through challenges. In essence, we’ll harness the collective brilliance and power of the Cairn to support participants in achieving their goals and overcoming challenges in both their personal and professional lives.

To my knowledge, no other Coaching Cairn exists.

    • What kind of challenges are brought into the Cairn Coaching Events?

      Here are just a few of the unique challenges that can be brought into these unique events:

      • How do I get around this government restriction that’s restricting my product launch?

    • Are the sessions recorded?

      The sessions are recorded but are only available to Cairn Network members.

    • Do I have to take the short course before participating?

      The short answer is yes! By understanding the steps of the Coaching Cairn process you’ll be better prepared to participate and get more from the experience. It’s okay to be nervous your first time however, you’ll get the hang of it the more events you attend.

    • What is the time commitment for participating in the Coaching Cairn sessions?

      The Coaching Cairn introduction course takes between 30 and 60 minutes to complete. The event itself is usually scheduled for between 60 and 90 minutes.
