3 one-on-one mentor coaching sessions over 3 months

Participants will receive personalized support, one-on-one mentor coaching via zoom, partnered review of your recorded calls, comprehensive training materials, and practical exercises to stretch and strengthen your coaching. The program is structured to inspire and empower you, a companion guide to ensure you gain the knowledge and confidence needed for successful credentialing.
Once you’ve paid for your program, you’ll have access to 3, one-on-one, 60-minute sessions with Tracey. Once you register and begin the program, we’ll prompt you when it’s time to schedule each session but you’ll also have the flexibility to follow your own schedule but still meet the ICF required minimum 3 month time frame.
You’ll also be able to book additional one-on-one mentor coaching sessions (60 minutes) at a discounted rate should you wish to book additional sessions.
I follow an appreciative inquiry format of providing feedback which includes recognizing and celebrating your strengths; co-creating plans for improvement.
I will review your 30 minute recorded call and include timestamps of the conversation with detailed notes and insight. We’ll also listen to the call together discussing and reviewing areas of interest and ongoing development all designed to expand your coaching range.
All our work together, feedback, timestamps and any transcripted information will be collected in one organized, accessible and interactive document for you to review.

This is a very common question however it is against the mentor coaching ethics to identify what might be considered a passing call. What I can say is that I have a good ear for impactful coaching and by mentoring with me, you’ll begin to develop that listening too. We’ll be growing your confidence during this process and I know that by the end of our time together, you’ll be able to distinguish for yourself which recording to submit.
